Yes, you can wrap presents, decorate rooms, etc with this garland, but how cool is it attached to silver helium balloons?! What a beautiful way to decorate the Christmas table. For Aussies, I know you can get balloons either blown up or you can buy a tank of helium from Spotlight. And then when the balloons deflate, you can dangle the garland from your windows!
